Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct and oversee primary and secondary research across diverse industries to deliver high-quality market intelligence.
Design and implement research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
Prepare, review, and validate market estimation and forecasting models using Top-Down, Bottom-Up, and Data Triangulation methodologies.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics using frameworks such as SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, and PESTLE.
Prepare and review market research reports, presentations, and client deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
Support pre-sales activities by preparing sample reports, research proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and customized client solutions.
Respond to client queries and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely research support.
Track daily productivity and target achievement of junior team members while identifying training and development needs.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of research quality and data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
3 years to 5 years of experience in market research, business research, or consulting.
Strong expertise in research methodologies, market estimation techniques (Top-Down, Bottom-Up, and Data Triangulation), report writing, and pre-sales support.
Proven experience in reviewing research deliverables and mentoring junior team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and market research tools.
Excellent analytical, client communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
